- ➤ A SpaceX Falcon 9 will launch 29 Starlink satellites from Launch Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station on Sunday, Dec. 14 at 9:43 p.m. ET — weather permitting, the launch may be visible from Daytona to West Palm Beach. Florida Today
- ➤ Atlas V rocket will launch from Cape Canaveral on Monday, Dec. 15 between 3:49 a.m. and 4:18 a.m. ET to send Amazon Leo satellites into low-Earth orbit — many across Florida could see the bright liftoff if weather permits. Florida Today
- ➤ At the Santa Paws for the Cause event in Cocoa Village on Dec. 7, pet owners gathered for photos with Santa for a $10 donation to support a local animal rescue. A chihuahua named Sydney gave Santa a dubious look—adding a memorable twist to the festive day. Florida Today
