  • Kroger announced it will close three automated fulfillment centers including its Groveland hub—ending grocery delivery in Brevard County early next year. The cuts follow a review that showed the model did not meet financial expectations, so customers will need to try other services.  Florida Today
  • Jeff Bezos and his wife Lauren Sanchez Bezos visited Port Canaveral on Tuesday to see Blue Origin’s New Glenn booster (towed by the ship Harvey Stone) after its historic landing marked a first for a company other than SpaceX.  Florida Today

CULTURE NEWS

  • The Indialantic Chamber Singers will perform a free Christmas Celebration on December 5 at 7 p.m. at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Palm Bay and on December 12 at 7 p.m. at Eastminster Presbyterian Church in Indialantic. The concerts will feature festive holiday songs and a group sing-along under Artistic Director Beth Green — a free reception with a $15 suggested donation will follow.  Space Coast Daily

  • On Monday, Viera girls soccer beat Rockledge 6 to 1 during the week of November 17 to 22. Eva McMenemy-Hoang scored 4 goals and teammates Detwiler, Fiona McMenemy-Hoang, Rhoads, Orr, Bryant and Campbell added assists—boosting Viera’s performance.  Florida Today
