- ➤ Margarita Island Mexican Kitchen and Bar now has two locations in Brevard County — one at Merritt Square Mall at 777 E Merritt Island Causeway and the other in Viera at 5360 Stadium Parkway. The restaurant offers a tropical dining experience with giant margaritas and family-friendly prices and will operate Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Space Coast Daily
