- ➤ Nearly three days after historic flooding swept Central Florida, some residents in Brevard County still face standing water on Bunker Hill Court—water is about two feet deep and only high-clearance vehicles can leave. - ➤ Parents in Palm Bay are urged to inspect candy wrappers and costumes before trick-or-treating since cases of dangerous tampering are rare but safety remains a priority.
