  • ➤ The Brevard school board ended a long lawsuit with Moms for Liberty on Oct 7 and gave Superintendent Rendell a $10,000 bonus with a contract extension after praising his leadership. A school safety report showed that nearly half of the schools failed to meet state rules due to unlocked doors and missing documents — a sign that changes are coming.  Florida Today
