Retired USCG member Wayne Justice, Fire Captain Bruce Dimon, and Sheriff Wayne Ivey spoke on the meaning of 9/11 as the service ended with tolling bells— a 21 Gun Salute and musical tributes including Amazing Grace and Taps.
