➤ A Brevard County man, identified as Jeffrey Lugo Clavell, was arrested after he drove 90 mph on State Road 528 near Port Canaveral and was found with a backpack containing a digital scale with cocaine residue and a cigarette pack with cocaine — he now faces charges for driving with a suspended license, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia and is in jail on a $3,500 bond.
