- ➤ Utility work began on June 25 at 7 a.m. along Weslaco Street SE near Quentin Avenue on the Florida Power & Light easement in Palm Bay as Cypress Gulf works on the Emerald Lake development. - ➤ Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 1620 and Senate Bill 168 on June 25 to improve mental health and substance abuse treatment in Brevard County, and the Florida Mental Health Institute at USF will be renamed —Senator Darryl E.
