- ➤ Authorities arrested 26-year-old Palm Bay resident Tekayiaha Alize Hardy on June 18 for a deadly hit-and-run crash that occurred at 12:18 a.m. on December 25, 2023 near South Harbor City Boulevard and Strawbridge Avenue in Melbourne—police said she fled the scene after striking a pedestrian who later died.
