  • Residents can spot the International Space Station shortly before or after sunrise when its solar panels reflect sunlight, making it a bright object racing overhead at 17,500 mph.   • Florida lawmakers and animal groups are urging stricter exotic animal regulation after a Melbourne pet retailer discussed quick sloth sales amid rising care concerns.
