  • SpaceX will launch its Starlink 12-23 mission from Cape Canaveral Launch Complex 40 tonight at 10:58 p.m.—the Falcon 9 booster will land on the Just Read the Instructions drone ship about eight-and-a-half minutes later. Amazon’s Kuiper mission is scheduled to launch on April 28 from Launch Complex 41 with a two-hour window starting at 7 p.m.—its move will fuel competition in the satellite internet market.  Florida Today
